where the AI reads the code around the error open the screen

What it is for

The stack says uPedido.pas:120. Knowing what is on line 120 means opening the repository. Recording the repository here lets meulog read the code around the error and show it on screen, and lets the AI analyze with the code in front of it rather than guessing from the message.

What you record

  • The provider: GitHub or GitLab, cloud or self-hosted.
  • The repository, as owner/name.
  • The token, read-only. Read-only: meulog never writes to your code.
  • The project it corresponds to.

What changes once it is recorded

  • The error screen shows the code around the line that broke.
  • The commit becomes a clickable link, when the deploy recorded which one it was.
  • The AI analysis starts reading the code before offering an opinion.
What meulog decides for you

The snippet read is from the version the error happened on, when there is a deploy on record with the commit. Without that, it is from the default branch, which may not be the code that broke.
